Description: Presentation on 'Prerequisite Programmes for Food Safety’. In this session we discussed the fundamental PRPs and Good Manufacturing Practices that should be included in Food Safety Management Systems as per the requirements of GFSI benchmarked certification schemes.

We also presented an overview of the changes in the new ISO 22002 prerequisite programme standards for food manufacturers, ISO 22002-1:2025 PRPs for Food manufacturing and ISO 22002-100:2025 Common PRP requirements for food, feed and packaging supply chain, which will be included in the FSSC 22000 Certification Scheme Version 7. After the presentation is a general food safety Q&A session.
