Food Safety Essentials is a free monthly webinar where members can participate in an interactive question-and-answer session on food safety management. Each session includes a concise presentation on a specific food safety topic, followed by an open Q&A discussion.

This month we have a short presentation on 'New Product Development’ where we will discuss how lack of control in new product development can lead to food safety issues and the stages of development where control can be asserted to prevent these issues.
