Hi I'm Janine Tunay from Olympia Provisions, we make American Charcuterie in Portland, Oregon.   I'm new to the food industry but have extensive background in supply chain and manufacturing.

I suspect most posters here are all (often reluctantly) "Documentation Specialists" in one way or another. :smile:

 

It may depend on the precise interpretation/application which goes with yr job designation ?
