Top three takeaways

  • Get involved. Go and register or join a food safety professional group or network. Even if you lurk for a while, you can definitely learn something.
  • Be professional. Follow the community rules that have been set up. It is not a place to be placing SPAM or having a go at other members.
  • Answer questions. If you have extensive knowledge or experience in a particular area, take the opportunity to share the love by giving back to the community.

Hi Simon, I've enjoyed your interview to Mrs Amanda Evans, whose I follow also her HACCP Mentor. It was interesting to hear you two together, speaking about Safety Food. A very good idea, to share your experience from you two, one from Europe (UK) and the other from the other side of the world, Australia. Two different environment and people and of course experiences.

Once again thanks

Thanks for the feedback Teresa; it's always nice to hear comments from members. It's quite a nice idea, just having a chat with no powerpoint or anything like that.  Although I do enjoy the face to face and interaction with the audience we have during the Food Safety Fridays webinars.

Regards,

Simon
